I recently tried to reactivate my second account via credit card, i got the credit card not approved error, I'd appreciate it if you would tell me why... there is plenty of money on the card. I also tried a debit card, I got the same error.

First off, i used an executioner in 0.0 as a disposable frig, it worked well, i disposed of a lot of them :P for perma mwd or perma 20k scram (don't have skills needed to do both) 1 random non-cap use mod and a cpr. For fast speed... best MWD yo...
